General Information

We cannot insure the contents of your storage unit by State Law. Please check your personal policy(s) for coverage or ask us about other providers.
You cannot store flammable liquids, titled motor vehicles, watercraft or any illegal substances.
Office Hours 10:00AM to 3:00PM Monday – Saturday. Phone 24/7 with cell phone and voicemail.
Gate Hours 6:00AM to 10:00PM every day of the year.
Please deposit trash in cans at front gate. If it will not fit, please dispose of it elsewhere as we do not have a dumpster onsite.

You will be charged a $10.00 setup fee and provided a lock to keep.
Multiple door units will be charged an additional $5.00 per door for extra lock(s).
Your rent will be pro-rated depending on your move-in date.
Only one lock per door allowed.

We do not currently send reminder notices unless you have signed up for our convenient electronic billing.
Your rent is payable in advance and due before the 1st day of the month.
A late charge of $5.00 will be assessed if your rent is late and access suspended to your unit.
If your account remains with a balance due after the 15th, you will be assessed an additional $10.00 processing charge.
Foreclosure proceedings will be initiated If your account goes over 1 month past due. Up to $35.00 processing charges will be assessed. 1st and 15th late charges will continued to be assessed until your account is settled in full.
Payments by cash and check can be made at our office, by mail or using our convenient onsite drop box.
Payments by Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card can be made in our office, by electronic payment using our free electronic payment, by phone or setup for automatic payment.

10 day move out notice is required.
If you have not vacated before the 1st of the month, you will be charged for the whole month.
Please remove all contents and your lock. We take care of the sweeping!
Units not left empty will be charged a cleaning fee at @25.00 per hour plus landfill charges.
